What about software?

Goa has been focussing on getting its computer hardware in place… but what about software? Just the other day, while visiting my old school, it struck me. Real hard. Kids have little or no access to decent software to play around with. And learn. Such a tragedy when so much useful software is there for the asking. This idea took root sometime in July 2008.
